ENROLLMENT AND CHARGES:
First Step Learning Centre is a licensed childcare center, therefore, it is a state requirement that we have all of the necessary state required forms completed before your child may enroll. These forms include but are not limited to the following: enrollment application, parent agreement form, medical release form, and the USDA application. We must also keep an updated immunization record on file at all times. Please keep this information updated for the safety of your child and others.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL:
First Step Learning Centre requires two weeks written notice when you withdraw your child. If two weeks written notice is not given, you will be held financially responsible for these two weeks unless this has been discussed and agreed upon with director.
